From preconstruction planning through final resident return, our focus is a seamless, controlled and resident-friendly experience, delivered through close collaboration with owners, developers, general contractors and property management teams.

Our leadership team brings deep experience in LIHTC and affordable housing rehabilitation projects nationwide, with hands-on work in schedule coordination, compliance administration, resident communications and project execution on complex occupied renovation programs.
